Joy isn’t dependent on circumstances. It’s a fruit of the Spirit, a choice we make to focus on God’s goodness, trusting Him even in hardship.

Develop an attitude of gratitude. Start a gratitude journal, listing things you’re thankful for each day. Practice finding joy in the simple things.
